RATS AT CITY HALL

While I watching the news last night, they had a story of the rat population at City Hall. It seems that hordes of rats are furrowing in and around City Hall. Some sort of spokesman said that City Hall does call out an exterminator but he is not allowed to use poison because of environmental concerns. What does he do? Rope them and hog tie them. The street people said the rats were there before them. I doubt that.

What I say – is get some rat poison and get rid of those rats! Duh! Maybe it will get rid of a few rats inside City Hall too.
