New in Dallas:

I found out that I pay more in sanitation fees than I do for water. Now then, the City Council of Dallas want to push back garbage pickup to only one time a week and monthly pickup from once a month to quarterly.

If that be the case, where is the money for my sanitation fees going ??? – Probably to the garbage that is going to stack up in the back.
