Notes on a Friday:

1. Saw a headline on the Dallas Observer that said "Mary Poss had such a bad campaign that she would have lost even in an uncontested mayoral race." Yes, I believe that. It also describes her tenure as city councilperson.

2. The police are supposed to be more in force here in Dallas. Hmm. I haven't seen anything. Red lights are still being run, speeders going 110 down the service roads. I see more Mesquite police than Dallas police.
